Acronis Signs Distribution Agreement with Navarre Corporation

Acronis Software Products to be Distributed to Major Retailers in North America

July 12, 2007, Singapore — Acronis (www.acronis.com.cn), a leading developer of storage management software, announced today that it has signed a North American retail distribution agreement with Navarre Corporation, a publisher and distributor of physical and digital software and home entertainment media products.

Navarre will be responsible for distribution of Acronis software products, including its flagship Acronis True Image Home and Acronis Disk Director Suite, through a wide range of retail outlets, including computer, office supply, mass merchants, electronic superstores and membership warehouse clubs.

"Acronis has had a very successful relationship with Navarre for years, but that was an indirect association" said Walter Scott, CEO of Acronis. "Formalizing the relationship to support our retail operations adds a world-class distributor to our team."

Commenting on the agreement, Rick Vick, Vice President of Merchandise Navarre Distribution Services stated, "After working together on an indirect basis over the last several years we look forward to working more closely with Acronis and to providing the full slate of services Navarre Distribution offers. Needless to say we are excited about this distribution agreement with Acronis and their leading storage management and disaster recovery software products."
